Adobe has officially discontinued Extension Manager and it will not work with Photoshop CC. Please use the add-on file (.atn, .pat, .abr, etc) by doubleclicking on it. If you only have the ZXP file, you can use ZXP Installer to install it. Alternatively, you can rename the ZXP file to a ZIP file and extract the contents. Inside, you may find an ABR, ATN, ASL, PAT, or other add-on files. Doubleclick on the add-on files to load them into Photoshop. More details here.

If you are getting an error that says the command “If” cannot run, please ensure that you have the correct Photoshop actions loaded. The error occurs when you are using Photoshop CS6 or older but have the Photoshop CC actions loaded. Please load the ATN file that matches your version of Photoshop.
