LUTs (Look-Up Tables) can be utilized in Adobe Photoshop to apply color grading and achieve specific looks for your images. Follow these steps to effectively use LUTs with a Color Lookup adjustment layer.
- Add a Color Lookup adjustment layer
Open Photoshop. From the Adjustments panel (Window > Adjustments), click on the Color Lookup adjustment layer icon.
- Load the LUT
In the Color Lookup properties, click on the Load 3D LUT… dropdown menu. Select Load 3D LUT. Navigate to your product folder and load a LUT from the LUTs\CUBE folder.
- Adjust the LUT Intensity
To change how strong or light the LUT effect is, adjust the opacity setting in the Layers panel.
